Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Company has been working to develop a consumable product line that can be used before, during and after playing sports or working out. The Company currently has samples of 2 products: (1) topical pain reliever for joint and muscle aches and fatigue and (2) an energy shot. The Company has begun to end out samples for testing.
