Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events The Company currently leases approximately 34,400 square feet of laboratory and office space in South San Francisco, California under a lease that expires on January 19, 2020. On October 1, 2017, the Company entered into an additional 25-month sublease agreement for approximately 8,000 square feet of office space in South San Francisco with annual payments of approximately $0.3 million. The lease period commenced on October 1, 2017.
