Subsequent Events On October 3, 2016, the Company completed a follow-on public offering of 4,370,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $15.00 per share, resulting in net proceeds of approximately $61.0 million, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated offering costs.
