Sears Canada Common Shares to be Delisted from TSX


TORONTO - June 30, 2017 - On June 29, 2017, Sears Canada Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX: SCC; NASDAQ: SRSC) received notice that the Continued Listings Committee of Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") had determined to delist the Company’s common shares effective at the close of market on July 28, 2017. The Company does not intend to appeal the decision. The common shares remain suspended from trading.
