On April 10, 2017 the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, Ryan D. Robinson, advised the Company that he is resigning his employment with the Company effective April 28, 2017 to take an employment position outside the Company. The Company has commenced an external search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
