Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 26, 2024, Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results and a detailed earnings presentation. Copies of the press release and the earnings presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.

On February 26, 2024, the Company issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results and the declaration of a first quarter 2024 base dividend of $0.40 per share, plus a supplemental dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on April 17, 2024 to stockholders of record as of March 29, 2024.
