Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers On November 7, 2014, Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc. (the "Company") announced the resignation of Herbert S. Chow, the Company's Chief Technology Officer, effective December 10, 2014. A copy of the press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Chow is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

PORT HUENEME, CA -- (Marketwired - November 07, 2014) - Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc. Dr. Chow's responsibilities will be reassigned based on a mutually agreed transitional plan.
