Equity Method Investments	EQUITY METHOD INVESTMENTS In October 2014, the Company paid $0.6 million for a 25% interest in HMW Fluid Management LLC, which was formed to develop, own and operate an integrated water management system to gather, store, process, treat, distribute and dispose of water to exploration and production companies operating in Midland, Martin and Andrews Counties, Texas. The board of this entity may also authorize the entity to offer these services to other counties in the Permian Basin and to pursue other business opportunities. The Company has committed to invest an aggregate amount of $5.0 million in this entity. During the nine months ended September 30, 2016, the Company invested $0.8 million in this entity bringing its total investment to $4.1 million at September 30, 2016. The Company will retain a minority interest after all commitments are received. The entity was formed as a limited liability company and maintains a specific ownership account for each investor, similar to a partnership capital account structure. Therefore, the Company accounts for this investment under the equity method of accounting.
