Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 15, 2016, STORE Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the Company), issued a press release announcing a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.27 per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2016. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2016 to the Companys stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

STORE Capital Declares First Quarter 2016 Dividend
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 15, 2016 - STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE: STOR), an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.27 per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2016. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2016 to STORE Capital stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2016.
