Partners' Capital	10. Partners’ Capital In March 2014, the Partnership issued 4,172 common units to certain members of the board of directors of the Partnership’s General Partner as part of their 2013 compensation. In March 2014, 92,683 common units were issued (net of units withheld for income taxes) to employees of Lehigh Gas Corporation (“LGC”) as a result of the vesting of phantom units (see Note 11 for additional information).
