CALL AND WEBCAST OF 2014 FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

TUESDAY, APRIL 22, 2014 AT 9:00 AM (ET)

TORONTO, MARCH 21, 2014 — Brookfield Canada Office Properties (TSX: BOX.UN; NYSE: BOXC) announced today that its 2014 first quarter financial results will be released after the market close on Monday, April 21, 2014. Analysts, investors and other interested parties are invited to participate in the company’s live conference call and webcast on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at 9:00 AM (ET) to discuss with members of senior management the company’s results and current business initiatives. Both the press release and the supplemental information package will be available on the website at www.brookfieldcanadareit.com.
