On May 1, 2024, Independence Contract Drilling, Inc. (the “Company” or “ICD”) issued a press release reporting unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
