Income Taxes	Income Taxes Our effective tax rate was (1.0)% and (12.7)% for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively. The rate in both periods is primarily comprised of the effect of the Texas margin tax, due to our valuation allowance for federal income tax purposes being applied against any potential deferred tax asset which would have ordinarily resulted.
