This Final Amendment relates to the Tender Offer Statement on Schedule TO (the “Statement”) originally filed by Blackstone Alternative Alpha Fund (the “Fund”) on March 27, 2013 relating to the tender offer (the “Offer”) by the Fund to purchase up to 25,086 of its outstanding shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”) at a price equal to the net asset value per Share as of June 30, 2013 on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase filed as Exhibit (a)(1)(ii) to the Statement (the “Offer to Purchase”).

This is the Final Amendment to the Statement and is being filed to report the results of the Offer. The following information is furnished pursuant to Rule 13e-4(c)(4):

1. The Offer expired at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on April 24, 2013

2. 791.47 Shares were validly tendered and not withdrawn prior to the expiration of the Offer.

3. The net asset value of Shares tendered pursuant to the Offer was calculated as of June 30, 2013 in the amount of $863,710.73.

4. All Shares that were validly tendered and not withdrawn prior to the expiration of the Offer were accepted for purchase, and paid for, by the Fund in accordance with the terms of the Offer to Purchase, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit (a)(1)(ii) to the Statement.
