Item 8.01. Other Information.

On June 11, 2024, Tecnoglass, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share for the second quarter of 2024. The dividend will be paid by the Company on July 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024.

Tecnoglass Announces Second Quarter 2024 Dividend

Miami, FL – June 11, 2024 - Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 per share on an annualized basis, for the second quarter of 2024. The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024.
