Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 8, 2020, Tecnoglass Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0275 per share, or $0.11 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2020. The dividend will be paid on January 29, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2020.
On December 8, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing the foregoing. The press release is included with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Tecnoglass Announces Fourth Quarter 2020 Cash Dividend
Barranquilla, Colombia – December 8, 2020 - Tecnoglass, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of architectural glass, windows, and associated aluminum products serving the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0275 per share, or $0.11 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2020.
