AFFILIATE NOTE PAYABLE - PBF LLC	AFFILIATE NOTE PAYABLE - PBF LLCAs of June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, PBF LLC had an outstanding note payable with PBF Energy for an aggregate principal amount of $377.0 million and $376.4 million, respectively. During 2019, the note payable was amended to extend the maturity date from April 2020 to April 2030. The note has an annual interest rate of 2.5% and may be prepaid in whole or in part at any time, at the option of PBF LLC without penalty or premium.
