Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 1, 2018, the board of directors of CĪON Investment Corporation, including a majority of the board of directors who are not interested persons, approved the renewal of (i) the investment advisory agreement with CION Investment Management, LLC ("CIM"); and (ii) the administration agreement with CIM, each for a period of twelve months commencing December 17, 2018.
