On June 1, 2022, CĪON Investment Corporation (“CION”) issued a press release announcing that its management will be presenting at certain investor conferences to be held on June 8 and June 9, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
