On May 15, 2015, LabStyle Innovations Corp., (the “Company”) first made available a proxy statement and form of proxy for the 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 15, 2015. The Company does not have securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Act”) and therefore is not subject to the filing requirements related to proxy statements under Section 14 of the Act.
