Item 8.01 Other Events

On March 7, 2016, GE Professionals DMCC, a fully owned subsidiary of Global Equity Partners Plc. which in turn is a fully owned subsidiary of Global Equity International Inc. (“Company”), rendered an invoice for a contract valued at $53,123 for an employment placement in a senior managerial role of a reputable Construction Company based in the Middle East.

This important milestone proves the concept and viability of the Company´s Human Resources and also head hunting division, Kingsman James which was setup late August 2015.
