On November 3, 2014, we announced our acquisition of Zollinger Buric, Inc. and Buric Global LLC., two Cleveland, Ohio-based firms with 15 engineering and construction management professionals. The Buric Companies provide program management and construction claims consulting services, as well as building information modeling, critical path scheduling, surety consulting, and litigation support.

 

On November 3, 2014, we issued a press release announcing the acquisition, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.

The Buric Companies, two Cleveland, Ohio-based firms with 15 engineering and construction management professionals, provide program management and construction claims consulting services, as well as building information modeling, critical path scheduling, surety consulting, and litigation support.
