Segment InformationThe Company operates in one segment. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (the “CODM”), its Chief Executive Officer, manages the Company’s operations on a consolidated basis for purposes of allocating resources. When evaluating the Company’s financial performance, the CODM reviews separate revenue information for the Company’s subscription, support, term license, perpetual license, and services offerings as well as by geographic region, while all other financial information is reviewed on a consolidated basis. The Company’s principal operations and decision-making functions are located in the United States. The Company's long-lived assets for this disclosure is defined as property and equipment and operating lease assets. The Company’s long-lived assets by geographic region is as follows (in thousands):
