On June 25, 2024, Annexon, Inc. (“Annexon” or the “Company”) issued a press release (the “PNS Press Release”) to report that positive results from the completed pivotal Phase 3 trial of C1q-targeted immunotherapy product candidate ANX005 in Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) were presented at the 2024 Peripheral Nerve Society (PNS) Annual Meeting in Montréal, Canada. A copy of the PNS Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
