Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 25, 2015, Global Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on July 15, 2015, August 14, 2015 and September 15, 2015, the Company will pay a distribution of $0.059166667 per share to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 8, 2015, August 7, 2015 and September 8, 2015, respectively. As previously disclosed, the board of directors of the Company authorized, and the Company declared, an annualized dividend of $0.71 per share per annum or $0.1775 per share on a quarterly basis. Distributions will be paid on a monthly basis to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of each month, payable on the 15th day of such month, in each case, unless such date is a non-business day.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Such press release shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose, including for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section. Announces Common Stock Dividend for Third Quarter 2015

New York, New York, June 25, 2015 – Global Net Lease, Inc. (“GNL”) (NYSE: GNL) announced today that, pursuant to the prior authorization of its board of directors, GNL intends to pay monthly distributions at an annualized rate of $0.71 per share or $0.1775 per share on a quarterly basis. Distributions will be paid on a monthly basis to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of each month, payable on the 15th day of such month, in each case, unless such date is a non-business day.

Accordingly, on July 15, 2015, August 14, 2015 and September 15, 2015, GNL will pay a distribution of $0.059166667 per share to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2015, August 7, 2015 and September 8, 2015, respectively.
