On October 22, 2020, FS KKR Capital Corp. II announced that it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, to discuss its third quarter 2020 results.  A copy of the press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

FSKR Announces Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule for Third Quarter 2020

PHILADELPHIA, PA, October 22, 2020 – FS KKR Capital Corp. II (NYSE: FSKR) announced today plans to release its third quarter 2020 results after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday, November 9, 2020.

FSKR will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, to discuss its third quarter 2020 results.
