Item 5.02. Departures of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 26, 2019, Frederick Arnold resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of FS Investment Corporation II (the “Company”) so that he may focus on other endeavors. Mr. Arnold’s resignation from the Board was not as a result of any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
