BEIJING, China, August 3, 2015―58.com Inc. (NYSE: WUBA) (“58.com”), China’s largest online marketplace serving local merchants and consumers, today announced that it recently obtained a short-term, interest-bearing loan of US$400 million from an existing shareholder of the Company.  58.com intends to use the proceeds from the loan for general corporate purposes.
