Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 18, 2024, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company approved a voluntary salary decrease for Hezy Shaked, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, from $1,000,000 on an annual basis, to $650,000. Such decrease will be made effective as of June 1, 2024. No other changes were made to Mr. Shaked’s compensation.
