Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On April 17, 2014, Allan B. Hubbard tendered his resignation as a Class I director of Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Hubbard will continue to serve as a director until May 22, 2014, the effective date of his resignation. Mr. Hubbard’s resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
