DALLAS, Texas, April 17, 2024 -- Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (“Matador”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock payable on June 7, 2024 to shareholders of record as of May 17, 2024.
