Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Between January 1, 2024 and February 20, 2024, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company acquired oil and natural gas producing properties and undeveloped acreage located in Lea and Eddy Counties, New Mexico. The consideration for the acquisitions consisted of an amount in cash equal to approximately $155.1 million (which amount is subject to certain customary post-closing adjustments) and the assumption of certain well costs. The Company is evaluating the accounting treatment of these transactions.
