SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October and November 2013, the Company acquired approximately 9,100 gross (4,800 net) acres prospective for the Wolfcamp and Bone Spring formations in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas and approximately 900 gross (900 net) acres in the Haynesville shale play in Northwest Louisiana. The Company paid approximately $9.7 million to acquire this acreage.
