SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In July and August 2013, the Company acquired approximately 6,600 gross and 3,600 net acres prospective for the Wolfcamp and Bone Spring formations in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. The Company paid approximately $7.6 million to acquire this acreage.
