SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENT:On April 29, 2021 the Board authorized a dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on May 26, 2021 to shareholders of record on May 11, 2021. On the same day, the Board approved an expansion of the Company's share repurchase program for up to $25 million of its common stock
