SHENZHEN, China, January 2, 2018—500.com Limited (NYSE: WBAI) (“500.com” or the “Company”), a leading online sports lottery service provider in China, today announced that at its annual general meeting held in Shenzhen on December 29, 2017, the Company’s shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young Hua Ming as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 and approved the inclusion of the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 in the Company’s 2018 annual report.
