500.com Limited Announces Voting Results of 2016 Annual General Meeting

 

January 3, 2017 

 

SHENZHEN, China, January 3, 2017—500.com Limited (NYSE: WBAI) (“500.com” or the “Company”), a leading online sports lottery service provider in China, today announced that at its annual general meeting held in Shenzhen on December 30, 2016, the Company’s shareholders adopted an extraordinary resolution for the amendment of its memorandum and articles of association to allow the appointment of a co-chairman, ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young Hua Ming as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 and approved the inclusion of the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 in the Company’s 2017 annual report.
