To whom it may concern,

It is hereby informed that on November 30, 2022 the Board of Directors of Grupo Supervielle S.A. (NYSE: SUPV; BYMA: SUPV), a domestic universal financial services group in Argentina with a nationwide presence, approved an irrevocable capital contribution to its subsidiary IUDÚ Compañía Financiera S.A. for ARS$110,000,000 to be applied to working capital. Likewise, its subsidiary Banco Supervielle S.A. also approved making an irrevocable capital contribution to IUDÚ Compañía Financiera S.A. for ARS$2,090,000,000, for the same purposes. These capital contributions will allow IUDÚ Compañía Financiera S.A. to cancel its financial obligations mainly with Banco Supervielle S.A. to fund its loan portfolio. It is worth noting that this does not affect the capital position or the consolidated liquidity of Banco Supervielle S.A.
