Supply agreement description		The Esteve Supply Agreement has an initial term of four years, beginning April 9, 2019 and ending April 9, 2023. The Esteve Supply Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement of the Company and Esteve. The Esteve Supply Agreement allows the Company to terminate the relationship within one hundred and eighty (180) days’ written notice for any reason, or by either party in the event of a material breach. The Esteve Supply Agreement includes customary terms relating to, among others, indemnification, intellectual property protection, confidentiality, remedies, warranties, as well as certain quality requirements.
