Remarks:

Good Eastern Investment Limited ("Good Eastern") is a company owned solely by James Mengdong Tan, the former CEO and director of MOXC. On November 19, 2013, Good Eastern acquired 5,000 MOXC, from an individual seller. On November 22, 2013, Good Eastern acquired 661,000 shares from an individual seller. On December 13, 2013, pursuant to a 60-for-1 forward stock the shares held by Good Eastern became 39,960,000 and on February 22, 2016, Good Eastern agreed to a cancellation of shares that resulted in it owning 19,980,000 shares and on June 20, 2016, pursuant to a 1 for 2 reverse stock split, Good Eastern held 9,990,000 shares of MOXC. On February 12, 2018, Good Eastern transferred 5,000,000 share to 8i Capital, Ltd. Which is also solely owned by Mr. Tan and currently owns 4,990,000 shares. Please see Exhibit 1 attached hereto for additional information.
