Explanation of Responses:

1. Zhen Mu was appointed as an officer and director of Cloud Security Corporation (the "Company") on February 11, 2015 by the board of directors of the Company. On February 18, 2015, Zhen Mu filed a Form 3 filing indicating that she did not beneficially own any securities in the Company. It was later discovered that Ms. Mu inadvertently failed to disclose that she held 1,560 shares of common stock of the Company at the time of her appointment as an officer and director. Ms. Mu hereby amends her Form 3 filing of February 18, 2015 to reflect the correct amount of shares beneficially owned at the time of her appointment as an officer and director of the Company.
