Due to a delay by the Registrant in obtaining and compiling information required to be included in the Registrant’s Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2016 (the “Form 10-Q”), the Registrant will be unable to file the Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without incurring unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant will file the Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
