On August 26, 2024, NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the “Company”) announced a Company update relating to certain preliminary financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. This announcement was contained in a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
