	On August 22, 2017, First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc., parent company of Farmington Bank, announced its Board of Directors has voted to increase its quarterly dividend to the amount of $.14 per share payable on September 11, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of September 1, 2017.

First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend

FARMINGTON, Conn., August 22, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBNK) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to increase its quarterly dividend to $0.14 per share, an increase of $0.02.  In making this announcement, John J. Patrick, Jr., Chairman, President & CEO said, "We are pleased to increase our dividend again this quarter and reward our shareholders."  Dividends will be payable on September 11, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of September 1, 2017.
