On March 1, 2016, First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc., (the "Company") announced that Kimberly R. Ruppert has resigned from her position as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and its subsidiary Farmington Bank (the "Bank"). There were and are no disagreements between Ms. Ruppert and the Company or the Bank or any officer or director of the Company or the Bank.
