	First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc., parent company of Farmington Bank, announced today its Board of Directors has voted to pay a dividend in the amount of $0.03 per share, on June 14, 2012 to all shareholders of record as of June 4, 2012. A copy of the Press Release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this current Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

FARMINGTON, Conn., May 25, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBNK) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to pay a cash dividend in the amount of $0.03 per share on June 14, 2012 to all shareholders of record as of June 4, 2012.
