Other Events.

On July 19, 2016, the Board of Directors of Poage Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share payable on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock.  The dividend will be paid on or about August 12, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 5, 2016.
