 On April 19, 2016, the Board of Directors of Poage Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of the Company’s common stock.  The dividend will be paid on or about May 11, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 4, 2016.
