Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 20, 2019, Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that members of the Company's management will attend and participate in meetings at the 2019 Johnson Rice Energy Conference on September 24, 2019. There is an updated Corporate Presentation on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
