American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. Reschedules First Quarter 2014 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call to May 8, 2014

 

On April 18, 2014, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has moved its first quarter 2014 earnings release date and conference call from May 5, 2014 to May 8, 2014. The Company’s first quarter 2014 earnings will now be released prior to market open on Thursday, May 8, 2014 and the earnings conference call will be held at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time on such date. The call will be conducted by Nicholas S. Schorsch, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, David S. Kay, the Company’s President, Lisa Beeson, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, and Brian S. Block, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
